  3. This Naked Mind’s 5-Day Virtual Event. TNM does these free events about once / month, I don’t think it’s on a set schedule. It’s about 2 hours / day over Zoom.

  4. SoberSis: “Sober-Minded Sisterhood” by Jenn Kautch. This is a 21-Day “Reset” Challenge with a slight Christian slant.

TRACKING APPS:

  • Sunnyside Mindful Drinking (tracks your days, spending, calories, etc. Allows you to set targets for the day/week)

  • “I Am Sober” (a counter with motivational quotes and journal option)

  • “Nomo” (simply a counter that counts days. You can set multiple clocks for various things you’re tracking; e.g., drinking, cigarettes, etc.)

  • “Try Dry”
